1. Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team gets to work.

This timeframe includes order verification, quality checking the 304 stainless steel, careful packaging, and dispatching your board to the courier.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
To keep our prices low and offer you free shipping, we utilize global fulfillment centers. Once your order has been processed and shipped, here are the estimated delivery times based on your location:

USA, Canada, UK, & Australia: 7 to 15 business days

3. Tracking Your Order
You will never be left in the dark.

As soon as your PuraPrep board ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

Please note: It can take 2 to 4 days for the tracking information to fully update in the courier's system after you receive the email.
4. Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment warehouses to ensure you get them as quickly as possible. Don't worry—you won't be charged any extra shipping fees if this happens!
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
We want you to prep your meals safely as soon as possible. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 15 days, or if your package has exceeded our estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at ########@gmail.com.
