Here is exactly how our policy works:
1. The 15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the exact date your item is delivered to request a return. Because we offer completely free returns, you can test the look and feel of your new prep board on your counter with zero financial risk.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, your return must meet the following simple criteria:

The item must be requested for return within 15 days of the delivery date.

The cutting board must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and free from any new deep scratches or damage).

It must be returned in its original packaging.
3. How to Start Your Free Return
We do not believe in making you jump through hoops to get your money back. To start a return, simply follow these steps:

Because your return is free, our team will reply within 24-48 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned board, we will notify you immediately via email.

5. Damages and Order Issues
We quality-check every board, but shipping accidents can happen. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your board is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us right away with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and send you a free replacement immediately.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a full refund, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
